Why I Built This Online Training Program

As many of you already know, I have two constants in my life: my love for green polos and my mission to make successful leaders even better. I’ve been blessed to be voted the #1 Leadership Thinker in the World.

I’ve had the privilege to work with my dear friends Alan Mulally (CEO of Ford), Jim Yong Kim (12th President of the World Bank), Hubert Joly (CEO of Best Buy), and other top Fortune 100 executives. I loved my time with them that adding their stories in three New York Times Best Sellers was a no brainer!

And the reason I’m telling you this is because I love what I do. Unfortunately I’ve come to realize that I can’t live forever.

Now at the age of 70, I want to focus on leaving behind a legacy that will urge trainers to continue inspiring more people.

That’s why I’ve created the Stakeholder Centered Leadership Trainer program. (SCL Trainer for short!) It’s just what a qualified trainer/speaker like yourself needs to get to the next level.

I want to guide a select group of trainers who can teach leaders how to positively impact others.
